Hey Everyone,

Benefits

Of

 Practicing

Meditation

auracompletesolutions.blogspot.com

Here's a little bit from my (very short) personal experience of practicing for a handful of years.

Greater sense of calm

on a daily basis.

Everyday life becoming easier, friction less

This extends from the most mundane tasks like washing clothes or cleaning your house or making food to the most previously-challenging tasks, such as tackling complicated or 'difficult' problems at work.

Freedom

from what I call "secondary emotions" -- getting mad at yourself for feeling sad, for example.  You feel emotions fully, then they pass, and there's nothing after them.

Greater understanding and feelings of compassion

for other people, and the benefit of this is that you feel angry at them much less often.

Rare moments of deep clarity

where your inner monologue goes completely silent. This is like not realizing that all your life you've had a high-pitched whine ringing in your ears. When it goes away, the silence feels so good that it's almost cathartic.

Professional life becomes completely different

The things that used to stress you, such as deadlines, budgets, resources, agendas, politics -- become totally easy and fall into place. Instead of these worries, I find I spend more and more of the work day just trying to magnify love into each moment, no matter what else is going on. I've found this a much greater (and more rewarding) challenge than hitting those margin targets.

Insight

You understand problems quicker and more easily than before, and solutions to previously tough problems suggest themselves to your mind rapidly. Although I haven't experienced it to these levels, there are stories of great lamas being able to diagnose problems with an internal combustion engine after a brief introduction to what some of the major parts are, but without any formal training or experience.

Social and emotional processing at greater speeds.

Similar to insight. You will be in conversations with people and their motivations will become more transparent to you. You will see when they are projecting, or being immature or egotistic in their words or deeds, and you can maneuver around it without getting caught up in it.

Life or The Universe starts giving you more to deal with,

which might have previously overwhelmed you. I've noticed that as my practice deepens and grows I take on "bigger" life events and greater rates of change with an equanimity I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have been able to manage before. I think this makes me a better instrument of healing and helping in the world.

I'm sure there are many others I have yet to experience.

Hope you enjoyed reading this ;)

Know The Right Way To Peel A Banana

Hey Everyone,

Know The Right Way

To Peel

A Banana

auracompletesolutions.blogspot.com

This split is bananas.

It’s a pickle that’s very common for the potassium-nosher; a fresh, perfectly ripened banana is in hand, but the pesky stem is not cooperating.  You’ve twisted and turned the top of the fruit every which way you can, but by the end of the affair, the whole top fifth of the banana is an unsalvageable, soft mess. But a solution is in sight, right at the local zoo: monkeys avoid the fuss and attack the tropical treat from the bottom up.It’s all a matter of perspective, really. Traditionally, bananas are displayed in grocery stores with the stem at the top, so during consumption, that orientation seems right. But this point of view proves to be problematic even outside of the occasionally squished banana tip. The banana stem is a perfectly designed handle which is simply cast aside when peeling a banana the orthodox way—a mother nature-designed eating hack turned into excess compost.
The process is simple; take the banana, hold it by the stem, and squeeze the banana at the top. The peel will then be forced in two, easily allowing the soon-to-be crop consumer an easily manageable path to the fruit itself.  There you have it, a perfectly peeled banana.

Here are some steps and images to explain the process.

Step 1: Locating the Top!

auracompletesolutions.blogspot.com

Make sure to find the end of the banana opposite from the stem.

Step 2: Pinching the Top Off

This  is where you will be starting to open up the banana without

bruising or mashing it. Take your thumb nail and press it into the

black part of the top. Use your pointer finger as a wall to pry

it up.

Step 3: Peel It Back

Once you've gotten the top part off, start to peel it back towards the

stem.

Step 4: Peel Back the Other Parts

Now you can peel back the rest of the parts of the banana peel

Step 5: Enjoy!

Now join your monkey brethren and eat your unbruised, un-mashed banana with joy!

Know What is the Positive Aspect of Smoking

Hey Everyone,

Know

What is The Positive

Aspect Of

Smoking

auracompletesolutions.blogspot.com

Smoking is generally considered horrible for your health. There are too many studies to cite here. However, in doing some research on IBDs (Inflammatory Bowel Diseases), it has been shown that while smoking is bad for people who suffer Crohn’s Disease, it has been demonstrated to be a positive for people with Ulcerative Colitis. Additionally, it helps prevent the disease

One study explaining this with other citations to other studies can be found here.
It should be noted, however, that the likely main positive factor is simply the nicotine (not the other harmful chemicals in smoke), which is hypothesized to increase mucus production in the colon as well as suppress the immune system (IBDs are auto-immune disorders).

While I am not a doctor and this is based solely on my own amateur research, my strong sense is that the side effects of smoking GREATLY outweigh any benefits of helping prevent and control this one relatively rare disease.

Know And Understand Why Struggles in life Help us Grow And Make Us Stronger

Hey Everyone,

  Know And Understand

Why Struggles In  Life

 Help Us Grow

And

Become Stronger

auracompletesolutions.blogspot.com

Today I am going to share a story,Hope you will like this :)

A man found a cocoon of a butterfly.

One day a small opening appeared.
He sat and watched the butterfly for several hours as it struggled to force its body through that little hole.

Until it suddenly stopped making any progress and looked like it was stuck.

So the man decided to help the butterfly.

He took a pair of scissors and snipped off the remaining bit of the cocoon.

The butterfly then emerged easily, although it had a swollen body and small, shriveled wings.

The man didn’t think anything of it and sat there waiting for the wings to enlarge to support the butterfly. But that didn’t happen.

The butterfly spent the rest of its life unable to fly, crawling around with tiny wings and a swollen body.

Despite the kind heart of the man, he didn’t understand that the restricting cocoon and the struggle needed by the butterfly to get itself through the small opening;were God’s way of forcing fluid from the body of the butterfly into its wings.

To prepare itself for flying once it was out of the cocoon.

Moral of the story:

auracompletesolutions.blogspot.com

Our struggles in life develop our strengths.

Without struggles, we never grow and never get stronger, so it’s important for us to tackle challenges on our own, and not be relying on help from others.

Talk to you soon ,
